BUG NET
Netting attached into the front vents to prevent insects as flies and bees from flying into the helmet.

BUTTERFLY
Injection molded 3D structure that reinforces the entire helmet. So when one part is impacted, the force is spread throughout to help absorb the impact energy.

INMOLD
Formed when a high impact aerospace grade polycarbonate shell is inserted into a mold and the eps material is injected and bonded under heat and pressure. This creates a structure that is strong and integrated that performs better during impact testing. Inmold helmets also tend to be lighter than other types of helmets.

ULTRALITE BUCKLE
Made by the American company Nexus, the Ultra Lite buckle is just what what the name implies. It is the lightest buckle made today at 3.5 grams.

ALLOY SHIELD
Alloy Shield Technology uses aerospace alloy to reinforce integral sections. These sections are stronger, allowing improved air flow or aerodynamics.

TWIST LOCK
One of the easiest to use side adjusters. Turn the knob and the strap is tightened. Twist it the other way and the strap is loosened.

TRIANGLE SYSTEM
Some helmets have a triangle system built into the rear of the strap system to improve the stability of the helmet on the head.

Rather than filling our landfills further, we are working with a leading auto manufacturer in the heart land of the USA to collect their packaging material used in transporting delicate auto components.

LATCH CAM
Latch Cam adjustors are utilise a latch system to secure helmet straps. Molded with precision so that the cam lever is easily lifted to loosen or tighten the adjustor.

MUSHROOM PIN
The most common method of attaching the visor to the helmet. A pin shaped like a mushroom is forced into a smaller hole into the shell and the larger pin head fixes the visor to the helmet.

HYBRID TECH
Hybrid technology combines traditional polycarbonate vacuum formed shell with and injection molded hardshell. And then both are inmolded together to give optimal strength and reduced thickness.

HEIGHT ADJUSTION
As everyone has a different sized and shaped head, height adjustability for fit systems is preferred to achieve a custom fit.

Deluxe version of the ratchet fit system even smaller and lighter than the original Detox system with comolding for better grip.

DIAL LIGHT
Integrated into the dial fit system, a light that is visible from more than 100 meters away. The light comes in flashing and steady mode. Batteries are easily changed.

DETOX
Our Detox fit system is a patented micro-adjust ratchet system. The fit system has a 6 cm adjusting range with each individual position 2 mm from the next. The Detox fit system is one of the most widely fit systems used in the helmet world and proven even in the Tour De France.

Most helmet straps are made from petroleum based materials. Cotton is a natural fibre and is a renewable resource.

CONTINENTAL DIVIDER
Strap adjustor that has the allows the upper straps of the helmet greater than 45 degrees of adjustability.

CONTEGO EPS
Contego is a copolymer that goes further than standard eps foam by lengthening the polystyrene molecules resulting in a blend that is more crack resistance and has more rebound than standard polystyrene. This allows increase protection to the rider.

CONEHEAD
Cone head liner acts as a crumple zone around your head in order to absorb and distribute impact more effectively then standard EPS liners you find in most helmets.

CO-MOLD
Normally, plastic parts are injected with one material. However, co-mold technology allows 2 different materials to be injected simultaneously. This gives a part that has 2 different hardness or softness.

Molded Carbon sections are inmolded into the helmet structure to increase strength allowing better air flow or aerodynamics.

Blade pin attachment allows plastic parts as visors to be easily mounted or removed from the helmet. The blade pin is molded into the visor and the received is also inmolded into the eps construction so the helmet is not damaged.
